  1. Should I use oil/butter when cooking on a Table Chef?
    No, oil or butter is not needed. For a better result, grease it a little with some kitchen paper and a little heat resistant oil when using it for the first time or after a thorough cleaning.

  2. How do I clean my Table Chef?
    With some paper towel or warm soapy water.

  3. Can I use a knife to cut meat/fish on the Table Chef?
    This will damage the non-stick coating, so don’t do it.

  4. Can I rinse the Table Chef with cold water?
    Not if it is hot.

  5. Do the handles of the Table Chef become hot during cooking?
    No, but we do not recommend moving a hot Table Chef.

  6. Does the Table Chef have non-stick coating?
    Yes, it has Teflon coating.

  7. Is the Table Chef available in different sizes?
    Yes, have a look on our website.

  8. Can I use the Table Chef when camping?
    Yes, the fuse on your connection must be “strong" enough, just ask the manager.

  9. Can I bake pancakes on the Table Chef?
    You bet! But use a plastic or wooden spatula to flip the pancakes.

  10. Is the Table Chef dishwasher safe?
    Yes, the griddle is. The electrical parts (cord and thermostat) are not.

  11. How hot can the Table Chef get?
