All-in-one combination of raclette, gourmette & grill for 8 people. On the removable oval non-stick grill plate you can grill meat, fish and vegetables. Healthy and light, because there’s no need for butter or oil! The plate has generous dimensions of 40 x 30 cm. You can prepare a variety of original Swiss raclette dishes in the pans. The pans are covered with a non-stick coating and have handles that remain cool. You can also put the pans on the grill plate for heating up sauces for example. The grill has an on/off switch with indicator light and the grill plate is dishwasher safe.

The pans can be used for preparing a range of original Swiss raclette dishes. They are covered with a non-stick coating and have stay-cool handles. You can also put the pans on the grill plate to heat up sauces, among other things.

1. The non-stick coating is peeling on my gourmet pans. What can I do?
Peeling of the non-stick coating is usually caused by scratches in the pans, which are caused by using sharp metal objects. Therefore, use only wooden or plastic spatulas in the pans.
2. I need an extension cord to use my fun cooking appliance; what type should I use?
When using an extension cord, make sure it is grounded and in good condition. Also, the diameter of the cord should be equal to the diameter of the cord on the appliance itself. A reel should always be unwound. Note: make sure your guests/dining companions cannot trip on the cord!
3. I’m taking a break from eating while gourmet dining. Where do I leave my pan?

4. Can I use other pans?
Unfortunately it is not possible to use pans other than those supplied with the appliance. Each appliance has different pans; the thickness, material and shape are specifically designed for your appliance.
5. Can I use the gourmet pans on the grill plate as well?
This is possible, although this extends the cooking time. Gourmet pans are used as follows if a grill plate is present. Our advice is to place the gourmet pans under the grill plate (raclette/au gratin function). Pieces of meat for example can be placed on the grill plate.
6. Can I immerse the entire appliance in water?
No, the grill plate may be cleaned in soapy water or in a dishwasher, but the appliance should never be immersed in water or any other liquid. Clean with a damp cloth and a little dishwashing liquid. Then dry.
7. Why is my appliance not working?
This may have various causes. First, check that the voltage on the appliance matches the voltage of your power mains. Then, make sure the plug is properly connected to the socket. Plug the appliance into the electrical outlet and check that the indicator light switches on.

8. What should I do before using the appliance for the first time?
Make sure that you remove all packaging and stickers from the outside and inside of the product. Clean all the different parts with hot water and dry them well! You can then start using your appliance.
