Fillet steak strips

Ingredients:

• 600g (1lb 5⅛ oz) beef tenderloin
• 4 green onions
• 1 bulb fresh young garlic
• 1 stalk pak choi
• rice wine
• soy sauce

Preparation:

Cut the fillet steak into thin slices Cover with cling film and flatten to slices about 4 mm thick. Trim the spring onions and halve lengthwise. Finely chop the garlic and sprinkle with a little salt. Remove the stem of the pak choi. Cut into strips as thick as the spring onion. Briefly stir-fry the spring onion and pak choi on the Princess Table Chef™ and sprinkle with garlic. Cook without scorching the garlic. Deglaze with a little rice wine and soy sauce. Set the vegetables aside. Sear the slices of fillet steak on one side on the Princess Table Chef™. Cover the raw side of the fillet steak slices with the vegetables and roll up. Serve at once.
