Veal burger

Ingredients:

• 1 potato
• 1 pepper
• 1 courgette
• 1 tomato
• 1 small aubergine
• 1 bunch of rocket
• olive oil
• sugar
• balsamic vinegar
• 1 garlic bulb
• olive oil
• 4 lean veal burgers
• 4 small eggs

Preparation:

Potato-vegetable vinaigrette and rucola salad
Cut the potatoes, peppers, courgette, tomato and eggplant into cubes. Put the Princess Table Chef™ on high and grill the vegetables with some sugar and salt and pepper. Make sure the vegetables turn brown but do not become too dark. Spoon the roasted vegetables in a pan and pour some olive oil and season with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Add a little olive oil to the rucola.

Roasted garlic
Wrap the garlic in aluminium foil with some olive oil, salt and pepper Place the package on the outside of the Princess Table Chef™ and let the garlic roast until tender.

Veal burger with fried egg
Briefly fry the veal burgers and the eggs on the Princess Table Chef™.

Presentation
Place a veal burger in the middle of the plate. Then place the egg on top, followed by some rucola. Place the vinaigrette of roasted vegetables around it with the roasted garlic cloves in between.
