Skewer

Ingredients:

• 1 bulb fresh garlic
• olive oil
• 3 tomatoes
• ½ red onion
• juice of 1 lime
• 4 sprigs of coriander
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• one 200g (7oz) fillet steak cut into 12 pieces
• 12 clean prawns
• 1 red pepper
• 1 yellow pepper
• 1 green pepper

Preparation:

Roasted garlic
Wrap the garlic in aluminium foil with some olive oil, salt and pepper Place the package on the outside of the Princess Table Chef™ and let the garlic roast until tender.

Salsa
Peel the tomatoes. Remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into cubes. Wash and pick the coriander. Mix everything in the Princess Sliver Power Chef

Skewers and presentation
Peel the peppers with a potato peeler Remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Prepare 4 skewers, each containing 3 prawns, 3 pieces of steak and every colour pepper. Grill the skewers and place the skewer on a plate. cover with the salsa. Serve with the roasted garlic.
