Grilled shrimp

Ingredients:

• 20 jumbo shrimps with their heads
• 400g (14⅛ oz) rice
• 3 tbsp black sesame seeds
• 6 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp horse radish
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp dasji
• 1 aubergine
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 100ml (3⅓ fl. oz) corn oil
• 8 shiitakes
• 1 pepper
• 1 cabbage

Preparation:

Peel the tails and remove the intestines (on the back). Cut the aubergine and the onion into very thin slices. Place the aubergine in cold water for 15 minutes and then dry with kitchen paper before grilling. Remove the stems from the shiitakes and cut a cross into the cap. Cut the pepper into 6 parts and remove the seeds. Cut the cabbage into thin strips and arrange all the ingredients on a dish.

Sauce
Grill 3 tablespoons of black sesame seeds in the pan. Then crush the seeds until fine and mix them with the soy sauce, the lemon juice, the horseradish and the dashi. Mix all ingredients together well. The sauce is now ready to be served.

Put the Princess Table Chef on the table and heat for 5 minutes. Grill the vegetables until done but still crispy with a bit of oil and grill the shrimp until browned on all sides. Now just cook the rice and enjoy this delectable eastern dish.
