Preparation:

Steak preparation
Remove the meat from the fridge 1 hour in advance and place it on plastic to take out the cold. Brush the meat with a little corn oil. Preheat the Princess Table Chef to 165°. If you like your steak well done, put the meat on a 165° grill for 20 minutes. If you prefer it medium/rare, grill it 15 minutes at 190°. If you want it a bit juicier, grill the meat rare in eight minutes at 215°. Turn steaks over until done. Season with salt and pepper. Tip: Before grilling the steaks, you should first cook the vegetables and corn biscuits.

Preparation of vegetables
Cut the French beans into long strips and cook for 4 minutes in salted water. Then put away to cool. Then clean the onions and cook for 5 minutes in salted water. Then put away to cool (do not cold rinse). Mix the French beans and onions with pepper and a pinch of salt. Grill the vegetables with a little oil at a temperature of 165° on the plate. Turn regularly with a spatula.

Corn biscuits
Mash half of the corn, and chop the other half. Then mix the corn together and add the potato starch, eggs, salt and pepper. Stir well. Now place the hominy on the plate with a spoon and bake into small biscuits.
