Egg rolls

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• salt and pepper
• chives/leek

Preparation:

Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper. Spread the egg mixture across the whole surface of the Princess Table Chef™. Cook on the lowest temperature until set. Transfer the omelette onto a chopping board, cut into strips, and roll these up. Hold fast with a blade of chive or leek. Place back on the Table Chef to keep warm.
