Chicken

Ingredients:

• 4 chicken fillets
• 100ml (3⅓ fl. oz) dark soy sauce
• 2 tbsp rice vinegar
• 2 tbsp saké

Preparation:

Cut the chicken fillets along the length into thin strips. Marinate in a mixture of 100ml (3⅓ fl. oz) dark soy sauce with 2 tbsp of rice vinegar and 2 tbsp saké. Skewer the chicken strips and cook on the Princess Table Chef for approximately 10 minutes
