Redfish (Ocean Perch / Rose Fish)

Ingredients:

• 1 Redfish
• butter
• sprigs of thyme
• rosemary
• salt and pepper

Preparation:

Scale the fish well and rinse it briefly with running water. Remove the fins and intestines. Spread melted butter on the fish and add season with salt and pepper. Fill the abdominal cavity with sprigs of thyme and rosemary. Fry the bergylt on the Princess Table Chef TM for approx. 20 minutes. Turn the fish occasionally. After 10 minutes of frying, cover with aluminium foil so that the steam can help keep the fish juicy as it gets done.
