Courgette

Ingredients:

• 1 large courgette
• mushrooms
• bacon a
• mozzarella

Preparation:

Cut the courgette into thick slices and spoon the white part out with a spoon. Cook the hollowed out courgettes. Place the courgettes back on the Princess Table chef to keep them warm. Clean the mushrooms, and slice them. Fry the bacon strips on the Princess Chef Table, add the sliced mushrooms and cook until tender. Fill the hollowed out courgettes with fried mushrooms. Stir in the diced mozzarella at the last minute.
