Sea bass

Ingredients:

• Sea bass
• garlic
• salt & pepper
• butter

Preparation:

Scale the fish well and rinse it briefly with running water. Remove the fins and intestines. Spread melted butter on the fish and add season with salt and pepper. Fry the sea bass on the Princess Table Chef for approximately 20 minutes. Remove the cloves from 1 bulb of garlic. Fry the garlic together with the fish. Turn the fish occasionally. After 10 minutes of frying, cover with aluminium foil so that the steam can help keep the fish juicy as it gets done.
