Stuffed squid

Ingredients:

• mini squid
• 4 tomatoes
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 shallot
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Briefly (10 seconds) cook the mini squid (baby cuttlefish/calamari) in boiling salted water. Cut 4 tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil on the Table Chef and fry a chopped shallot in it. Add the diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley. Turn
