Italian bread

Ingredients:

• 100g (3½ oz) Waldkorn flour
• 100g (3½ oz) wholemeal flour
• 200g (10½ oz) wheat flour
• 18g (â…” oz) fresh yeast
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp (or about 14g / ½ oz) oil
• 300ml (10 fl. oz) water in which the following are dissolved: 5 tbsp ketchup, 2 tsp sundried tomato paste, 2 tsp Italian seasoning.
• Half onion, finely-chopped
• 3 garlic cloves
• if desired 10 sliced olives.

Preparation:

Dissolve the tomato paste and ketchup in the water.
Put the salt into the pan and add the tomato water. Add the flour. Place a cube of yeast on top. Oil in a corner. Add the other ingredients after about 10 minutes. Set the machine on the ‘Basic’ programme.
