• 1 pack of bread mix for brown bread
• butter and water as directed on the package
• 15 pitted dried plums (soak in advance)
• 1 level tbsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp cocoa
• 10 chopped walnuts
Place the bread mix in the machine (along with the quantities of butter and water as indicated on the package). Add cinnamon and cocoa. After about 10 minutes add prunes and nuts. Set programme to ‘French’.
