Salmon Bread

Ingredients:

• 500g (1lb 1⅔ oz) white flour
• 200ml (6¾ fl. oz) milk
• 100ml (3⅓ fl. oz) white wine
• 1 tsp saffron
• 15g (½ oz) butter
• 10g (⅓ oz) sugar
• 10g (⅓ oz) salt
• 8g dried yeast
• 100g (3½ oz) finely-chopped smoked salmon
• ½ bunch finely-chopped dill

Preparation:

Set programme to ‘Basic’.
