Chocolate Bread

Ingredients:

• 500g (1lb 1⅔ oz) wheat flour
• 8g fresh yeast
• 9g (⅓ oz) salt
• 12g (⅜ oz) butter
• 15g (½ oz) honey or sugar
• 1 sachet vanilla sugar
• 300ml (10 fl. oz) water or milk

Ingredients after about 10 minutes
• 100g (3½ oz) lightly toasted hazelnuts without skins and chopped
• 150g (5¼ oz) dark chocolate in pieces
