Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 2 cups carrot juice
• ½ cup apple juice
• 150g (5¼ oz) low-fat or full-fat yoghurt
• 1 banana

Preparation:

Put everything in the blender and mix until smooth. This amount is good for two glasses.
