Coffee frappé

Ingredients:

• 35g (1¼ oz) coffee (approx. 6 tbsp)
• 40g (1⅜ oz) sugar
• 200ml (6¾ fl. oz) cola
• 3 tbsp lemonade syrup
• 3 straws

Preparation:

Brew a half litre of strong coffee. Stir the sugar into it and let it dissolve. Allow the coffee to cool and pour it in a freezer box. Let the coffee freeze over about three hours. Put the cola and lemonade in a bowl and stir to combine. Fold the frozen coffee inside an old towel and beat it into pieces with a hammer. Spoon the ice into three glasses and distribute the cola mixture. Put the straws in and serve immediately.
